Service Corporation International (SCI) said Tuesday its board increased the share repurchase authorization by about $528 million.
The share repurchase program now expands to a total of $600 million, including $72 million of authority remaining under the existing program, according to the company.
The company said its board kept its quarterly cash dividend at $0.32 per share, payable on June 30 to shareholders of record on June 13.
