Fiserv (FI) said Tuesday it has named Michael Lyons as its chief executive officer.

Lyons succeeds Frank Bisignano, who has been named Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, the company said.

Concurrently, Doyle Simons has become non-executive Chairman of the board.
