InMode (INMD) said Tuesday it was granted a permanent injunction against sellers of counterfeit versions of its products, as well as damages for their sales and promotion of counterfeit goods.
The injunction, which was granted by the US District Court for the Central District of California, includes the freezing of the assets and halting of the listings of sellers involved in the counterfeit trade, the medical device company said.
InMode said it has launched a program that allows certified clinics to confirm that they are using the authentic version of its Morpheus8 technology, including microneedling devices and needle cartridges.
