AIMS APAC REIT (SGX:O5RU) disclosed use of proceeds from a 2023 equity fund raising exercise, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The REIT used SG$11.8 million on asset enhancement initiatives, while SG$85.8 million was used to repay existing debts.

In addition, SG$2.4 million was used to pay professional and other fees and expenses incurred in connection with the fundraising.
