Screen Producers Australia Chair Kate Carnell discusses President Donald Trump’s 100 per cent tariff on non-American made film and television productions.
“This is an industry that has embraced technology … this is important to Australia and so it is important the government continues to focus on making our industry competitive, globally,” Ms Carnell said.
“Although America is incredibly important to this industry, we also do a lot of work with Canada, with the UK, with a whole range of other parts of the world and we will continue to do so.”
