Zhenro Properties Group (HKG:6158) submitted its claims as a creditor to the joint liquidators of controlling shareholder RoYue, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice in the British Virgin Islands appointed the liquidators on April 14, following which the latter asked RoYue's creditors, including the firm, to submit their claims by May 5.

The property firm is not a party to the liquidation proceedings.
