The company expects fiscal Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.22 to $0.24 on revenue of $131.5 million to $132.5 million. Analysts expect EPS of $0.22 on revenue of $131.9 million.

The company boosted full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance to the range of $0.88 to $0.90 from $0.83 to $0.87. Analysts expect $0.85.

The company adjusted full-year revenue guidance to $500.6 million to $501.6 million from $498.5 million to $502.5 million earlier. Analysts expect $500.6 million.

Intapp shares fell 5.2% in after-hours trading.
