Tsingtao Brewery (HKG:0168, SHA:600600) intends to acquire Shandong Jimo Yellow Wine Factory from Hiking Group and Shandong Lujin Import and Export Group for 665 million yuan, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The target firm produces and sells the Jimo brand of Chinese yellow wine which has a unique, slightly bitter and burnt flavor.
