** At end-Mar, it had about 3,770 customers with annual recurring rev of $100,000 or more, up 13% from about 3,340 a year ago
** Co now sees 2025 rev of $3.215-$3.235 bln, above prior forecast of $3.176-$3.195 bln
** It anticipates annual adj EPS of $1.61-$1.72 compared to prior outlook of $1.65-$1.70
** Of 43 analysts covering DDOG, recommendation breakdown is 34 "strong buy" or "buy" and 9 "hold" ratings; median PT of $140 down from $160 a month ago
