T.V. Today Network (NSE:TVTODAY, BOM:532515) said Rahul Kumar Shaw, chief executive officer of its Television & Radio Business and part of the senior management, has resigned from his role, effective May 7, according to a same-day filing.

Shaw resigned to pursue other opportunities, the filing said.
