Accenture (ACN) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Japan-based digital services and products provider Yumemi.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Yumemi's team will join Accenture Song, the company said.

Accenture shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity.
