Asara Resources (ASX:AS1) has completed legal proceedings initiated by its joint venture partner, Costa Rica Dos, concerning the company's Loreto Copper Project in northern Chile, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dispute, which had been ongoing since November 2023, has been amicably settled without admission of liability, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell 3% at market close.
