BioAffinity Technologies (BIAF) said Wednesday it closed its best-efforts offering of about 10.2 million common shares, together with warrants to buy up to roughly 15.2 million common shares.

The combined public offering price for each share and accompanying warrant is $0.32, for gross proceeds to the company of $3.25 million, the company said.
