Vcredit's (HKG:2003) minimum public float has been restored, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The move came after High Loyal Management's shareholding in the company fell to 48,746,970 shares, or 9.96% of the issued capital as of April 29.
The deemed shareholding of Kwok Peter Viem and Kwok Chang Shiu Feng, who each own 50% of High Loyal Management, has also decreased to 9.96%.
The parties have ceased to be substantial shareholders of the money lender.
As of April 29, the number of the company's shares held by the public is 163,170,751, or 33.34%.
