ARM Holdings (ARM) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $0.55 per diluted share, up from $0.36 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.52.
Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $1.24 billion from $928 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $1.23 billion.
The company is projecting fiscal Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.30 to $0.38 on revenue of $1.00 billion to $1.10 billion. Analysts are looking for $0.42 and $1.10 billion, respectively.
ARM shares were falling 8% in recent after-hours activity.
