Genpact (G) reported Q1 adjusted net income late Wednesday of $0.84 per diluted share, up from $0.73 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.79.
Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.21 billion, up from $1.13 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $1.21 billion.
For Q2, the company expects adjusted diluted EPS in the range of $0.84 to $0.86 on net revenue of $1.21 billion to $1.23 billion. Analysts are expecting $0.86 on revenue of $1.25 billion.
For full-year 2025, the company lowered its adjusted EPS guidance range to $3.41 to $3.52 from the prior range of $3.52 to $3.59. It also reduced its net revenue outlook to a range of $4.86 billion to $5.01 billion from the previously provided range of $5.03 billion to $5.13 billion. Analysts are expecting EPS of $3.54 on revenue of $5.08 billion.
Shares of the company declined more than 12% in recent after-hours activity.
