Gemdale Properties and Investment (HKG:0535) recorded contracted sales of around 853 million yuan in April, with a contracted sales area of 64,100 square meters, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 13,300 yuan per square meter.

For the four months ended April 30, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 3.25 billion yuan and 245,400 square meters, respectively.
