UGI (UGI) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $2.21 per diluted share, up from $1.97 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $2.67 billion from $2.47 billion a year earlier.
A single analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $3.22 billion.
The company said it increases fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $3.00 to $3.15 per share. Four analysts expect $3.06.
UGI kept its quarterly dividend at $0.375 per share, payable July 1 to shareholders of record as of June 16.
Shares of the company rose 1.3% in recent after-hours activity.
