Caledonia Mining Corporation plc held a meeting on May 7, 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were voted upon. The reappointments of Mark Learmonth, John Kelly, Nick Clarke, Geralda Wildschutt, Gordon Wylie, Victor Gapare, Tariro Gadzikwa, Stefan Buys, and Lesley Goldwasser as directors of the Corporation were approved. The reappointment of BDO South Africa Inc as auditor for the ensuing year was also approved. Additionally, the reappointments of Mr. Wylie, Ms. Wildschutt, Ms. Gadzikwa, and Ms. Goldwasser as members of the Audit Committee were approved.
