US Gold (USAU) said Friday that investors have exercised nearly 1.9 million warrants since the end of January, generating gross proceeds of around $7.3 million.
The company said it still has slightly more than 2.9 million warrants outstanding.
The new funding is expected to be used to complete the feasibility study and develop a project execution plan for the CK Gold Project in southeastern Wyoming, US Gold said.
US Gold shares were 0.4% higher in premarket trading.
