Ev Dynamics (HKG:0476) completed the placement of 27 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.30 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$7.8 million, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent roughly 11.9% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital.

The electric car solutions provider will use proceeds from the issue for general working capital.
