Energy Resources of Australia (ASX:ERA) said Monday the Federal Court of Australia determined to vacate the final hearing for the legal proceedings with the consent of all parties regarding the decision to renew its Jabiluka mineral lease.
A new date has not been set, and the proceedings will be listed for a case management hearing on a date not before June 9, according to an Australian bourse filing.
