Affirm (AFRM) reported fiscal Q3 diluted earnings late Thursday of $0.01 per share, swinging from a loss of $0.43 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $783.1 million, up from $576.2 million a year earlier.

The company said it expects fiscal Q4 revenue of $815 million to $845 million, versus its prior outlook of $810 million to $840 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $841.4 million.

Affirm said it expects fiscal 2025 revenue of $3.163 billion to $3.193 billion, versus prior guidance of $3.13 billion to $3.19 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.19 billion.

Shares of the company were down 8.4% in after-market activity.
