Shimao Group (HKG:0813) recorded contracted sales of a little over 2 billion yuan in April, with a contracted sales area of 162,864 square meters, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The real estate company's average selling price was 12,284 yuan per square meter.

For the four months ended April 30, contracted sales and sales area reached 9.07 billion yuan and 742,599 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 12,209 yuan per square meter.
