ASE Technology (ASX) on Friday reported April net revenue of 52.11 billion New Taiwan dollars ($1.72 billion), up around 13.9% from a year earlier.

Assembly, testing, and material revenue for the month was NT$31.31 billion, up 24.3% from a year earlier, the company said.

Shares of the chipmaker were down more than 1% in recent premarket activity.
