Dekon Food and Agriculture Group (HKG:2419) sold 932,230 pig heads in April, which included 899,050 heads of market hogs, with a sales revenue of 1.87 billion yuan, a May 9 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The average selling price of market hogs in the month was 14.81 yuan per kg, down 0.8% from March.

From January to April, pig head sales stood at a little over 3.4 million with a sales revenue of 6.76 billion yuan. This included 3.2 million heads of market hogs.

The animal production company's sales revenue from yellow-feathered broilers was 200.7 million yuan in April, from the sale of nearly 6.4 million broilers.
