Toray Industries (TYO:3402) subsidiary Toray Advanced Materials developed a new cooling fabric called Snolene, using proprietary technology, according to a company release on Friday.
The product rapidly disperses heat upon skin contact through its high thermal conductivity, lowering perceived body temperature by 3-6 degrees Celsius, Pulse News said in a Thursday report.
Shares of Toray Industries rose nearly 4% in recent trade.
