Humm Group (ASX:HUM) said Chief Executive Stuart Grimshaw resigned, effective May 9, for personal reasons, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

Angelo Demasi, group executive across strategy, technology, and transformation, will succeed Grimshaw, the filing said.
