HighCom (ASX:HCL) named Martyn Dominy as chief financial officer, effective May 19, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Dominy will succeed Jacqui Myers, who is moving on to a new external role and will remain with the firm until May 30.
HighCom's shares fell nearly 3% in recent trading on Friday.
