The company reported aggregated contracted sales of RMB22.08 billion with a gross floor area $(GFA)$ of 1,603,000 square meters. In April alone, contracted sales reached RMB5.13 billion with a GFA of 415,000 square meters. The sales attributable to the company's shareholders were RMB3.61 billion, covering 303,000 square meters. Additionally, Longfor Group acquired two new land plots in April 2025. The acquisitions include the Yunyan District Tea Plantation Plot in Guiyang, with a total GFA of 80,002 square meters at an acquisition cost of RMB280 million, and the Lijia Jinshan Temple Plot in Chongqing, with a total GFA of 23,448 square meters costing RMB174 million. The combined GFA for these acquisitions is 103,450 square meters, with a total acquisition cost of RMB454 million.
