Times China (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of about 560 million yuan in April, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 37,000 square meters, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Contracted sales and GFA for the four months ended April 30 reached about 1.81 billion yuan and 151,000 square meters, respectively.
