IDP Education (ASX:IEL) said that its nonexecutive director Tracey Horton will succeed Peter Polson as the firm's Chair, effective June 16, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Polson will step down from the firm's board on June 15. The chair succession process was also supported by a leading board advisory firm.
