The company achieved a milestone in its development program with a global top 10 passenger OEM and announced a strategic collaboration and investment agreement with a Global Fortune 500 company's technology subsidiary. This agreement includes an investment of up to $50 million to support Aeva's expansion into new markets in consumer, industrial, and automotive applications. As of March 31, 2025, Aeva reported cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities totaling $81.0 million, with an available facility of $125.0 million.
