ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. has disclosed internal dealings in its securities under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. On May 13, 2025, UBS AG, an exempt principal trader connected with ENN Natural Gas Co. Ltd., reported various transactions. The dealings included purchases and sales of ordinary shares, primarily for hedging Delta 1 products resulting from unsolicited client-driven orders. Transactions also involved dealing in derivatives linked to a basket or index. All transactions were conducted in RMB.
