HKBN Ltd. has announced internal dealings in its shares as part of a possible voluntary general offer, in accordance with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. On May 13, 2025, Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc, a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeree company, reported multiple transactions involving derivatives and other commercial paper products. These dealings, conducted for its own account, included both purchases and sales of various quantities of reference securities.
