Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (WH) said Wednesday it signed a development deal with Le Park Concord to open 100 Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in Saudi Arabia over the next 10 years.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms, the companies intend to open the first Super 8 hotel next year, Wyndham said.

Wyndham shares were almost 1% higher in recent premarket activity.
