Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE) appointed Robert Ierace as its chief financial officer, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Ierace succeeds Aaron Gates, who will continue with Toubani as the joint company secretary, the filing said.

Ierace was previously the CFO for lithium developer Vulcan Energy Resources (ASX:VUL).
