The Federal Court of Australia has ordered Clean Seas Seafood (ASX:CSS) to hold a shareholders meeting and vote on the proposed acquisition of the company by Yumbah Aquaculture via a scheme of arrangement, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The scheme meeting will be held on June 23.

Clean Seas said the scheme booklet has been registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, according to a separate Tuesday filing.
