The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., through its Growth Equity division at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, has co-led a $120 million oversubscribed Series D funding round for Bestow Inc., a leading insurance technology company. This investment, alongside Smith Point Capital, aims to support Bestow's mission to modernize the life insurance and annuities space. As part of the funding, Ashwin Gupta, Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, will join Bestow's board of directors. The capital will be used to develop new products and services and accelerate the expansion of Bestow's platform, with a particular focus on meeting the growing demand from enterprise customers. Additionally, Bestow has secured a $50 million credit facility from TriplePoint Capital.
