GS Holdings (SGX:43A) completed the cash-and-stock purchase of Octopus Distribution Networks, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The company allotted and issued 166,226,912 consideration shares to Octopus Global Holdings at SG$0.0379 per share, 14,567,901 introducer shares to Accura Advisory at SG$0.0243 per share, and 652,173 and 395,778 sponsor shares to Evolve Capital Advisory.

Meanwhile, the remaining cash consideration of SG$3.5 million was paid to the vendor, completing the acquisition.
