LONDON, May 12 (Reuters) - U.S. WTI Midland crude differentials weakened on Monday as once again several offers did not find a buyer, while North Sea Forties was steady.

Indications are free on board (FOB) unless marked as cost, insurance and freight $(CIF)$ or delivered at place (DAP).
* No deals, a trade source said.
* WTI Midland: Sellers including BP, Gunvor and Aramco offered a total of seven cargoes.
* WTI Midland: the lowest offer was at dated Brent plus 95 cents from BP, a source said, equal to roughly dated Brent minus 4 cents according to Reuters calculations.
* Forties: Sinocehem offered June 5-7 at dated Brent plus 25 cents, resulting in no change from Friday's assessment of around dated Brent plus 3 cents according to Reuters calculations.
