Enterprise Development (HKG:1808) unit Enterprise Development (Hong Kong) disposed of 7,000 shares in Meta Platforms on the market for nearly $4.8 million, or around $685.03 apiece, between Jan. 28 and May 12, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The unit also offloaded 62,000 shares in Tempus AI for a little over $4 million, or an average price of $65.13 apiece between Jan. 31 and May 12.
As of Wednesday, the company holds 9,000 shares in Meta Platforms and 45,000 shares in Tempus AI.
The firm will use proceeds from the disposals for general working capital and further investment in listed securities by the unit.
