Shangri-La Hotel Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Shangri-La Asia Ltd., has reported its financial results for the three-month period ended 31 March 2025. The company reported a net profit attributable to equity holders of the company amounting to 159.8 million Baht, a decrease from 223.6 million Baht in the same period the previous year. The basic earnings per share $(EPS)$ stood at 1.23 Baht, down from 1.72 Baht in the same period last year. The total comprehensive income attributable to equity holders was recorded at 155.9 million Baht, also reflecting a decline from 312.1 million Baht in the previous year. Meanwhile, profit before income tax was 208.7 million Baht, compared to 275.7 million Baht for the same period in 2024. The company continues to operate with the same accounting policies and methods of computation as used in the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024. There have been no changes in the composition of the group during the current period.
