Informatica (INFA) said Wednesday it has entered into a new strategic agreement with Microsoft (MSFT) to accelerate customer adoption on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Under the agreement, which builds on a multi-decade collaboration between the two companies, Informatica and Microsoft are working together to provide artificial intelligence-powered tools that combine Informatica's Intelligent Data Management Cloud platform with Microsoft services, such as Fabric and Azure, Informatica said.
