Shenwan Infrastructure, an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited, has entered into a lease agreement with Shenzhen Expressway Corporation Limited. The agreement, signed on May 16, 2025, involves leasing portions of the 2nd and 4th floors, and the entire 3rd floor of Jiangsu Building in Shenzhen's Futian District. Covering a gross floor area of 3,610 square meters, the lease term is set for three years and six months starting from June 1, 2025. This transaction reflects an ongoing collaboration between the subsidiary and its intermediate holding company, Shenzhen Expressway, as part of the company's strategic infrastructure development initiatives in the region.
