Rich Capital Holdings (SGX:5G4) completed the disposal of its entire stake in wholly owned subsidiary, Rich Batam, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

In an earlier filing, the company had entered into an agreement with Yi Chengshu to dispose of the subsidiary for an aggregate consideration of SG$1.

Accordingly, Rich Batam has ceased to be a subsidiary of Rich Capital Holdings.
