CNMC Goldmine's (SGX:5TP) chief financial officer, Cheam Chee Chian will resign from his position, effective May 31, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Chian is resigning to pursue other interests.
Shares of the company were up nearly 4% in recent trading.
