Rohas Tecnic (KLSE:ROHAS) unit HG Power Transmission completed the sale of its entire equity interest in IAC Electricals (M), and a leasehold land with a detached factory and office building, according to a Thursday Malaysian Exchange filing.
According to earlier filings, the equity and properties were sold to Ann Joo Metal for 12.8 million ringgit.
