China Overseas Land & Investment Limited has announced the renewal of its continuing connected transactions with China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (CSCECL). A new master engagement agreement has been signed, effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. This agreement engages the CSCECL Group as the contractor to provide construction-related services to the Group in the People's Republic of China. The announcement follows a previous master agreement dated March 31, 2022. The details of this agreement were finalized on May 16, 2025, under the leadership of Chairman and Executive Director Yan Jianguo.
