Kerry Properties Limited has announced the execution of a Cash Advance Agreement to support the development of the Tianjin Project, a mixed-use development located at No. 238, Liuwei Road, Hedong District, Tianjin, PRC. On May 16, 2025, Kerry (Shenyang) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (KSRE), a subsidiary of Kerry Properties, agreed to provide a loan of up to RMB250 million (approximately HK$271 million) to Tianjin Kerry Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (TKRE), a joint venture established for the project. The loan, carrying an annual interest rate of 3.35%, will be used to cover development construction costs and daily operating expenses over a two-year term. This transaction complies with the Listing Rules, requiring announcement and reporting but exempting it from circular and shareholders' approval.
